WINTER PROGRAM

Our winter training program is focused heavily on improving the individual. We run 3, 1-hour sessions that include team training, Futsal and video review. The aim behind our winter programming is for the focus to be on the individual and again raising the technical aspects as well as the soccer IQ of each player. Futsal is a major part of our winter programming.

Futsal is played with a heavier ball and is focused on foot skills, movement and individual play. Futsal is heavily used throughout the South American countries and current professionals who grew up playing are the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho as well as many more.
